Joseph Hatchuel
President & CEO
Mr. Hatchuel has more than 20 years of experience in the computer graphics, GIS and telecom industries. His primary responsibilities include corporate initiatives, overseeing sales activities, business development and planning and executing strategic partnerships. He was previously president and co-founder of BAGH Technologies and lat45. Hatchuel was responsible for negotiating and completing the sale of lat45 to MetaSolv Software in July, 2001. Post acquisition, he joined MetaSolv Software as VP of Business Development. During his 18 months mandate at MetaSolv Software, he was instrumental in leading the company into entering a Strategic Alliance with the world's leading provider of Billing and CRM for the communications industry. Hatchuel holds a civil engineering degree from école Polytechnique de Montréal.

Toufik Abdallah
CTO & VP Marketing
Mr. Abdallah was previously co-founder of BAGH Technologies and lat45. Abdallah has overall responsibility for product strategy and positioning, in addition to communicating the company's vision to the marketplace. Abdallah was previously Chief Technology Officer at lat45 and Chief Architect and Product Manager at MetaSolv Software. Abdallah has an engineering degree from école Polytechnique de Montréal.

Ken Ballou
VP Worldwide Sales
Mr. Ballou is responsible for all sales and business development initiatives at N(i)². He is recognized as a senior business developer and sales leader with extensive experience in the formation of new business and start-up initiatives, direct and indirect sales, global account management, and marketing. Throughout his 20-year career within the technology industry, he has been personally responsible for the evolution and success of many new selling strategies, business models, sales organizations, and business units. His background spans both Fortune 500 and early-stage companies and includes tenure with Computer Associates International, Inc., a Fortune 500 Software leader, where he served in a number of senior sales leadership roles. Ken brings extensive experience in the application of enterprise software solutions as a means of solving complex business challenges and accelerating growth.

Toni Arcuri
VP Engineering
Mr. Arcuri's responsibilities include developing and managing the R&D team. Arcuri brings with him 16 years of R&D experience with some of the world's major IT companies such as MetaSolv Software, S1 Corporation, FICS, Siemens Nixdorf and Star Informatic. He holds Master's Degrees in computer science from the University of Namur (Belgium) and from the école Polytechnique de Lausanne (Switzerland).

Philippe Castonguay
Vice President, Finance and Administration
Mr. Castonguay's responsibilities include managing N(i)²'s finance and administrative functions and planning, structuring and executing financing transactions. Castonguay has twelve years of experience in investment banking and over the last 8 years he has been active in the information technology sector both as an entrepreneur and financial advisor. He has been involved in two previous technology start-ups, from seed funding to the IPO stage. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Laval University (Québec, Canada) and an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France).

Sarah Minciotti
Vice President, Services
As Vice President of Services, Mrs. Minciotti is responsible for ensuring customer requirements are met and managing the implementation and delivery of professional services. She was previously Director of Delivery at MetaSolv Software. Minciotti has more than 20 years of experience in IT project management and solutions development. Minciotti is a computer science graduate from the Université de Montréal.
