CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT ENGINEER

Job responsibility
The Configuration Management Engineer will have primary responsibility for administrating and maintaining the software version control system including branching and code merging; designing and developing build system automation and tools that are scalable across multiple platforms (Unix/Linux and Windows). The Configuration Management Engineer will work closely with Development and Quality Assurance to solve complex build system issues.

Required Education
Bachelor degree in a computer related field with 5 years of relevant experience.

Required technical skills
- Experience with CVS and Subversion administration.
- J2EE Application Server (JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere) administration knowledge with experience of deployments in a clustered environment.
- Database Server administration knowledge (installation, update, db basic management) (DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL).
- Extensive working knowledge with Ant, DOS, SHELL and PERL scripting
- Experience with Apache Web Server administration (installation, administration, SSL, etc..)
- Technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and implementation
