JUNIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – GERMANY

N(i)² is seeking an intern to work in Paris for a period of 3 to 6 months (6 months preferred) to develop N(i)²’s business in Germany, Austria, Switzerland.


Job Responsibility

2 objectives:
  • To find new customers (research from internet and database), present to them what N(i)² can provide, understand prospect's needs and pain points, set up demo (face-to-face or web based). Prospects and customers are large companies, such as Banks, Insurance, Telco, Utilities with large and critical datacenters.
  • To find partners in DACH region that would like to resell N(i)². Partners are specialized companies providing IT consultancy, Systems Integration and hosting for large companies.


Requirements:
  • The candidate has to be in Business School (IT knowledge is a plus) or Economy or dual Business/IT or Economy/IT.
  • The candidate has to be very motivated to open a new market and search for customers and partners and to work in start-up culture.
  • The candidate must be German-speaking native and be able to work in France as an intern (agreement from the school).
  • The candidate must be in the last years of university / school. If the internship works well, the candidate may be offered a full time position.
  • The candidate must be comfortable working with phone and email (90% of the time).
  • The candidate should be self starter, independent and willing to learn new industry (IT Infrastructure Management).
  • The candidate will be working with experienced managers in Paris and Montreal and will learn prospecting and sales techniques (solution selling).

Language requirements:
  • German native is a must
  • English is a must (fluent)
  • French is optional (not required)

Terms of Employment:
  • Internship salary: 1200 EUR / month and bonuses on objectives
  • Starting date: (flexible), summer (or autumn) 2008.
  • Duration: 3 months minimum (6 months preferred).
  • The job is based in Paris (La Celle Saint Cloud, 20mn from LaDefense, 35mn from Paris Etoile). We can help to find housing.
