N(i)² Inc. completes second round of financing
Montréal based leader in the field of enterprise network resource management obtains further funding following positive pre-commercial results.
Montréal (Québec), Canada - September 15, 2004 - N(i)², a private software development company, announces that it has completed a second round of equity financing for an undisclosed amount with private investors. This financing follows positive feedback from reference site users, potential customers and partners. The equity financing proceeds will enable N(i)² to launch its E-NRM suite of software products commercially during the fourth quarter of 2004. N(i)² is in various stages of discussions with significant potential partners regarding joint commercial initiatives.
