Montréal (Québec), Canada - October 18th, 2007 - N(i)²'s CTO, Toufik Abdallah, presents new approach to data center management at the Gartner Summit in London. Contrary to the ITSM solution provider approach, N(i)² believes that running IT as a business begins with ICT Infrastructure Management. N(i)² Chief Technology Officer Toufik Abdallah will present why data center managers are quickly adopting this new way of thinking in an increasingly competitive domain.
