N(i)² Support
N(i)² Support group is trained to provide technical assistance to users, to solve their problems or assist in their resolution and to provide maintenance updates so users receive continuous value from the N(i)² products.
The Support group acts as a central point for tracking and reporting the status of problems and has access to the different groups within N(i)² that will specifically work on certain types of issues.
Support is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Local Standard Time (unless otherwise agreed upon), Monday through Friday, excluding Local Statutory Holidays.
N(i)² technical support is subject to an annual fee. On-site support is also available upon demand and subject to specific daily rates.
