CSPs face significant challenges in delivering customized connectivity solutions that meet diverse enterprise requirements for bandwidth, security, and integration. The Big Deal Catalyst project addresses these hurdles, providing CSPs enhanced margin clarity and reducing quoting time by leveraging a standardized, automated framework. This framework combines TM Forum Open APIs, AI-driven insights, and advanced catalog management to simplify and optimize CSP quoting and billing.

  • Open Integration: Supports seamless integration with CSPs’ preferred ecosystem for sales, customer, operations, and partner interactions.
  • Automated SLA and Billing Adjustments: Integrates SLA provisions directly into billing, automating discounts or penalties based on SLA performance.
